Vortex Tube Technology and Spot Cooling

Nex Flow™ stainless steel vortex tube uses a metal (brass) generator as a standard item rather than cheap plastic for longer life and for applications in high temperature environments. (competitors would charge extra for that feature.) With virtually no moving parts, a vortex tube takes compressed air and converts it to cold air at one end and hot air at the other. Temperature as low as minus 50 degrees F (minus 46 C) can be achieved at the cold end and up to 260 degrees F (127 degrees C) at the hot end
Vortex tube are available in two basic sizes and in several packaged versions:

Standard Vortex Tube – Two sizes with a wide range of cooling capacity and temperature range.
Adjustable Spot Cooler – complete with a swivel base with magnetic attachment. Applications are where adjustability is required. All Nex Flow™ adjustable spot coolers are stainless steel for long life.
Mini Spot Cooler – complete with a swivel base with magnetic attachment. Applications are where adjustability is required. All Nex Flow™ adjustable spot coolers are stainless steel for long life.
Frigid-X™ Sub-Zero Vortex™ Tool Cooling Mist System – When lubrication is required as well as cooling, lubricating mist can be reduced and cooling enhanced.
Panel Cooling - cool and purge clean electrical and electronic control panels with no refrigerant, and virtually no maintenance. Eliminate over heating , humidity and dirt.
Tool Cooler - Ideal for dry machining applications and to replace environmentally unfriendly mist . Can extend tool life and speed up dry machining operations.
